Lecitrailer expands its range of spare parts with the launch of the LT Store online shop
Lecitrailer has added a new sales channel for spare parts with the launch of LT Store, its new B2B online shop – an additional channel that makes it easier for transport professionals to access a wide range of spare parts for any type and make of trailer or semi-trailer from any device.
The new platform joins Lecitrailer’s existing sales channels and complements the personalised service and advice the company currently provides to its spare parts customers through its seven after-sales service centres and its spare parts sales network.
Through LT Store, customers can browse and purchase spare parts online, manage their orders and check product availability in real time.
The platform incorporates various tools designed to simplify the process of locating the required part references. Among these is the option to search for spare parts using the vehicle’s chassis number, facilitating access to the part references associated with each trailer or semi-trailer.
LT Store also expands the options for receiving orders. Through the Click & Collect service, customers can make their purchase online and subsequently collect the product from any of the physical LT Stores at Lecitrailer’s seven after-sales service centres. Alternatively, they can also request delivery directly to their premises.
In this way, Lecitrailer integrates spare parts enquiries, availability checks, purchasing and order management into a single channel, combining the capabilities of the digital environment with the support of its after-sales service network.

Users can register directly on the LT Store and, once their account has been activated, access the platform to browse products and check availability, and place their orders online.
